Negroni

Ingredients
- 25ml Matopos London Dry Gin
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- orange twist (to garnish)
- Ice
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass
- Stir until outside of the glass becomes cold
- Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass
- Garnish with an orange twist. Use a blood orange if in season
- Enjoy!
